First Generation — Grandma Wardiah
First pioneered in 1965 in Kuok Village, Kampar. The name "Lomang" comes from the Kampar language meaning "lemang", describing the elongated round dough molded inside banana leaves before being sliced and sun-dried.
Second Generation — Husni Marti
Revitalized by the second generation Husni Marti in 2010 through richer and crispier spice formulations, improved hygienic production, and sales network expansion across Riau.
